Magic Matrix is a web application dashboard designed to centralize sales tracking, allowing users to annotate potential sales opportunities and visualize performance metrics seamlessly.
The four key areas:
01
The 'Matrix'
The Matrix serves as the nucleus for viewing, inputting, and editing sales statuses and values associated with each customer, product (or service) within the user's company. Users can add sales or potential opportunities, with automatic calculations generating overall sales and target-met figures.
Opportunity management:
The Matrix allows users to designate status (sold, told, rejected) for each opportunity, color-coded for visual clarity. This visual feedback encourages follow-up actions and highlights missed opportunities.
Integration with targets:
Individual customer targets are seamlessly integrated within the Matrix, displaying progress toward targets and motivating users to meet goals with every input.
02
Customers
Users can view all their customers at once, track the progress of targets set, make edits to existing customers and add or delete customers.
Customer profiles:
Customers each have a profile page, where additional details can be added such as notes, useful information can be viewed and targets can be set or reviewed. All activities connected to the customer can be found here too.
Customer management:
Adding new customers, allowing for subsequent context addition, target setting, and activity tracking.
03
Products & Services
The Products & Services area is an inventory of the users business offerings, detailing sales performance, profitability, and activity. Users can edit, add details, or archive items seamlessly.
Product/service management:
Adding new products or services includes specifying values and profit percentages, with provisions for additional context and user assignments.
Product/service pages:
Each item has a dedicated page where additional details can be viewed or added. This includes values, profits, notes, useful information, assigned team member(s), and an overview of opportunities, potential income, and total sales accrued.
04
Targets
Targets play a crucial role in the Magic Matrix, designed to keep users motivated to achieve higher sales for their company. The UI provides a clear visualization of progress, either within the cells of the matrix or through detailed target cards. Each customer is assigned targets, which are then allocated to a team member. These targets can either be automatically calculated for the user or manually input and edited.
The system allows for flexibility, enabling users to track both individual and cumulative targets. Personal targets for each team member can be aggregated to form total targets, contributing to the overall company target. This approach ensures a comprehensive view of sales goals and progress, fostering a motivated and goal-oriented environment.
Target tiers:
The platform delineates personal user and company-wide targets, showcasing progress, assigned users, and deadlines. Personal targets contribute towards overarching company objectives, fostering a collaborative approach to goal attainment.
